FOUNDER
Bich (Bic) Thai is mum to an active two year old boy - Niên, the inspiration for our business name. She has a Masters degree in Human Services Management; and completed a Bachelors of Orthoptics & Ophthalmic Sciences, Bachelor of Arts (Sociology/Criminology) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
In addition to having worked professionally as a Project Manager and Manager at the Eye and Ear Hospital, community organisations and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC); Bich also has nearly two decades of experience providing private tutoring and supporting young people. This includes employment as an After-School Tutor for high school students, Youth Support Worker at the Vietnamese Community in Australia – Vic Chapter and Bilingual Child Nutrition Educator (Vietnamese) at the Western Region Health Centre.
As a committed student herself, Bich understands that each learner absorbs information at different paces and in different ways. She seeks to actively engage students in their learning and encourage conscientious awareness of their intrinsic motivation to self-learn.
